What services are provided?        
  • A registered nurse is on-call 24 hours a day

  • Palliative care is provided for pain control and symptom management designed for comfort.

  • Homemaking services for assistance and light housekeeping

  • Counseling and Bereavement is provided for patients and family to assist with memorial preparations

  • Practical care such as bathing and assistance with everyday activities

  • Education for family regarding patient care and what to expect

  • Prescription medications, medical equipment and supplies related to the terminal diagnosis

  • Assistance with insurance paperwork and other matters of financial concern

  • A dietician to asses the nutritional needs of every patient, provide information for the patient and family, and implement a nutritional program

  • Therapists assess patient's physical or communication needs

  • Additional services that may be required in order to serve any individual patient
